What if I Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel your retreat reservation, here’s how it works:

Your $500 deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel by August 15, 2025, you’ll receive a full refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit.

Cancellations after August 15, 2025 are non-refundable unless we’re able to fill your spot. If we do, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid (minus the deposit).

You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to a friend (pending approval) — just reach out and let us know.
