Reserve Your Spot: Pay Your Retreat Deposit

We are so happy you will be joining us — you are already an essential part of the magic we will be creating together.

• Your deposit guarantees your space at the retreat
• Remaining balance is due by September 1, 2025
• IMPORTANT NOTE for Bunkhouse Guests Only:
  If you're reserving a spot in the Black Oak Bunkhouse and using the installment plan, your $500 deposit counts as your first payment. You’ll receive an email with details and due dates for your remaining two installments

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel your retreat reservation, here’s how it works:

• Your $500 deposit is non-refundable. 

• If you cancel by August 15, 2025, you’ll receive a full refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit.

• Cancellations after August 15, 2025 are non-refundable unless we’re able to fill your spot. If we do, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid (minus the deposit).

• You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to a friend (pending approval) — just reach out and let us know.
